Marijuana Party

p2pnet: Canadian election Net, Tech Q and A

This p2pnet article puts all the CIPPIC answers received so far in a simple format.

However, CIPPIC (Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic) hasn't forgotten and recently launched a site specifically asking for party positions on copyright law reform, police surveillance powers, telecommunications policy reform, and legislative responses to spam, spyware, ID theft, and other privacy invasions.

Marijuana Party response to CIPPIC questions

The Marijuana Party has provided a response to the CIPPIC questions (PDF readers).

I asked the party who wrote the responses, and was pointed to Pierre-Etienne Paradis. Mr. Paradis is currently completing a masters degree in International Law, at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). It is with his background that he was able to offer such a detailed response, something far beyond what I've seen from "leading" two parties.
