Will we see a Copyright bill tomorrow?

The Order paper for Thursday, February 7, 2008 includes the following for some time after 10:00:

Introduction of Government Bills

No. 1
December 7, 2007 — The Minister of Industry — Bill entitled “An Act to amend the Copyright Act”.

Then again, this item has been there since December 10. It would be good to have a bill number, and not need to speculate about the direction the Conservative government wishes to take. My preference would be a debate on the two highly complex and controversial WIPO treaties separate from any tabled bill or any other Copyright issues, but it seems the Conservatives aren't interested in following their own stated platform or policy statements.
