With the exception of the Liberals’ Sam Bulte, whose controversial campaign event single-handedly put copyright reform on the national radar, most of the industry’s efforts to grab candidates’ attention went largely ignored. ITAC and CATA, who ran their own campaigns around productivity and commercialization, probably expected as much.
Tomorrow, will look at what the future holds for Canadian IT with the election’s victor. Don’t blame the industry if they count themselves among the defeated.
