Proposed Tariff and the ensuing licenses entitled:

Objections to the Proposed Access Copyright Post-Secondary Tariff and
its Progeny Licenses: A Working Paper (by Samuel Trosow, Scott Armstrong
and Brent Harasym, August 2012).  It has been posted online at
