I for one am not looking forward to the next ~3.85 years.  Despite
views expressed by Canadians in previous public consultations on
copyright*, "Harper's government" is going to shove DRM down our
collective throats by "modernizing" copyright and through
intellectual-property-rights-heavy trade agreements like ACTA & CETA.

Every single Canadian could stand up and it would no longer matter,
not in this session of parliament and not to this government.  Call me
cynical, but I don't think the majority of Canadians have a clue
what's coming or that they'll much care about it until Harper's
policies and laws start affecting them.

So incredibly sad.
