I haven't had a chance to visit the site yet, but it sounds like a fantastic
tool for collaborative discussion of legislation, or other large documents.
Great stuff!

Are you planning to keep the enrollment key on the site and use it just for
a limited group of people (limited to the extent anything is limited when
this list is public!), or will you open it up and promote it to the public?
