Yes, that seems to have been the case--the attachment was presumably  
scrubbed. (It was present when I sent the message.)

My submission is ~5k words long.  That's one of the reasons why I  
didn't post it as inline text.  The other is that it has footnotes  
that don't render well on a simple text export.
