No, certainly not.  The subject line was a reference to the commercial
on a DVD I have.  The primary reason for the post was because I'd
expect the (original 1937) movie to be in the public domain now (or
very soon), yet it comes with this wonderful commercial and other
copyright infringement notices.

If indeed it is the public domain, including the commercial on the
disc seems a good demonstration of what you say below...

Understandable, and noted.  I for one am sick of popular media
referring to Black Hats as Hackers, completely ignoring the history of
the word and the culture.
