Read: [next] [previous] message[d@DCC] Language in subject lines...From: Russell McOrmond <russell _-at-_ flora.ca> Sorry for this rant, but....I've largely been deleting a thread unread based on the subject line alone. I really wish the phrase Scott used of "Pirating is Illegal!" was removed from subject lines given I don't think anyone was talking about anything involving ships in the high seas, nor were they talking about commercial for-profit copyright infringement. I know there are some extreme special interests who want people to confuse any type of copyright infringement with "Piracy" and/or "counterfeiting". These folks have demonstrated they have absolutely no respect for tangible property, privacy, or even copyright related rights and thus we should entirely reject their warped view of the world. -- Russell McOrmond, Internet Consultant: <http://www.flora.ca/> I will be voting for MMP in Ontario http://www.voteformmp.ca/ Please help us tell the Canadian Parliament to protect our property rights as owners of Information Technology.
