Now, if only we could get the institutional part of the educational
community (CMEC, etc) asking for a living Fair Use regime in Canada
(including multiple copies for classroom use) rather than an
institutional exemption, we might be able to move forward. Having most
groups calling for Fair Use in Canada, but CMEC/etc asking for an
exception, is holing positive copyright revision back.

Anyone with ties into the educational community should be pushing
hard on this!
