[d@DCC] Why endorse the DCC petitions?

   A thread has started in the Ubuntu Canada mailing list about why this 
user group might want to endorse the petitions at 
http://digital-copyright.ca/petition/

   There are also conversations going on within the executive of the 
Calgary Unix Users Group.  Once I get a better idea from these discussions 
what the concerns might be, I'm going to try to author a letter to be sent 
to all the User Groups to try to get them to endorse the petitions and 
encourage their members to sign.
