Dear Access Copyright,

Reading the Copyright notice at:
http://www.captaincopyright.ca/Ipnotice.aspx

I am curious if you have given thought to either search engines such
as Google or Archive.org in relation to the content on your site.

There is no advisory notice at
http://www.captaincopyright.ca/robots.txt suggesting that search engines
and archives should not be making copies of your site. Many legal
commentators have suggested that this constitutes an implied license for
the activities of these services.

With adequate consideration of these types of sites, and the
unlikelihood that you intend to sue Google or Archive.org for doing what
they are well known to do (make verbatim copies and redistribute
non-commercially), your license becomes similar to the Creative Commons
Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs license. Given the similarities it
would be worth the public relations benefit of using this license.
