I agree. For Canadians' privacy to be compromised, It looks like there would have to either be 
collusion by someone in statcan, nefarious perpetrators who break in, or a service call by a 
Lockheed Martin rep with a mission. 

But of course, we know the love and respect that Americans have for Canuckistan.
