Errr, but didn't they have to break the DRM on the DVD in order to copy
it? I though fair use was not a valid defence with regard to the DMCA.
They broke the law and should go to jail. Put them into a cell right
next to Sony.

These are the laws they asked for. The least they can do is live by
them.
