Another thing you might want to do, the easiest p2p I know for files 
under 50 MiB or so, is to use Coral Cache [1] :

http://moores.ca.nyud.net:8090/dvd/media/bush_blair.mpg
instead of
http://moores.ca/dvd/media/bush_blair.mpg

If the file is larger then permetted by Coral Cache it's no big deal, 
but the download will go directly to your server.

You could either change all the links in your webpages refering to media 
and add ".nyud.net:8090" between the domain and path, or maybe publish 
the top url as
http://moores.ca.nyud.net:8090/dvd/
but I'm not sure this second method will completely work.
