Oooh, I like the test cases. Decrypting for DVD playback and handling 
broken Audio CD formats (which violate the Red Book standard) are both 
nice, vivid examples.

I once had quite an argument with a manager at Future Shop. I had bought 
what I thought was an Audio CD - it displayed the CDDA logo - 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Book_(audio_CD_standard)

But it did not play on several CD players I have, and I discovered that it 
was not in fact an "Audio CD" as advertised. Future Shop did let me return 
it but they insisted there was no false advertising or misrepresentation 
involved. I still maintain otherwise.
