Unfortunately, though I have a problem with the levy, I also have a 
problem with the perceived alternative, which is that 'they' believe 
that 'they' should be able to dictate what I can do with a product I 
have purchased, within the bounds of my own home.

I will never accept this! They have a right to neither.
