Frmo the 1977 Keyes-Brunet report on Copyright "reform"... what a
boondoggle industry that is

"It is recommended ... that the definition of photographs should be
enlarged to include those "photographs" obtained by means other than wet
chemistry."

How long did this take to effect, again?
