Ok... I've heard far too many good ideas dismissed in this way. What
would actually be involved in making changes to Berne? I imagine pulling
out of it entirely would be utterly impossible at this stage, but what
about changes to it? I gather it would be phenomenally difficult, but it
doesn't make a lot of sense to accept a 120 year old agreement that's
causing so much grief. Is there any group actively lobbying for this
sort of thing? Or is it just considered too radical?
