[d@DCC] C-2: Just spoke with Industry Canada representative

  My email yesterday asking about the Cold Lake interference issue was
able to get me in contact with other people.  I just spoke on the phone
with Mr. Jim Thiessen of Radiocommunication and Broadcasting Regulatory
Branch of Industry Canada.  He is very involved with bill C-2, and was 
able to give me quite a bit of background.

  Mr. Thiessen will be in the audience tomorrow, and we will hopefully 
have a chance to meet in person.
