  I was getting groceries at South Keys and wondered into Chapters on the 
off chance that it was there, and it was.  Thought this might be useful 
information for anyone else curious to pick up a copy.


  For those who don't mind reading off the screen it is available for 
$free online (obviously in a Creative Commons license).
