Movie Industry Wins DVD Copying Suit

  The only place I had heard of 321 Studios was at CPB of Heritage.  The
worry I have is that this sets a precedent of yet another software-only
example where this software was mistaken as being a "device" that could
circumvent copyright.  Software is just knowledge and can not be
considered a "device" to commit a crime any more than a good detective
novel should be considered a "device" to commit a crime.
