    Andy Kaplan-Myrth, a second-year law student at the University of 
    Ottawa and co-founder of the Canadian File-sharing Legal Information
    Network (http://www.canfli.org), said he is concerned that individuals
    named in lawsuits will be bullied by the music industry into settling
    without fully understanding their legal rights.
