  We could adopt such a policy, except this specific posting was entirely
off-topic to begin with in a Canadian forum about Canadian digital
copyright reform.  Ruben has been warned a few times about this as he
broadcasts many off-topic messages to a few lists (I sometimes get many
copies of his broadcasts because of the lists I am on).

  If he is not able to monitor himself and only post on-topic messages to 
this forum I will be forced to remove him from the list and add his email 
address to anti-SPAM filtering.

  Sorry for the inconvenience, and for my slowness in responding to this 
issue.
