We could adopt such a policy, except this specific posting was entirely off-topic to begin with in a Canadian forum about Canadian digital copyright reform. Ruben has been warned a few times about this as he broadcasts many off-topic messages to a few lists (I sometimes get many copies of his broadcasts because of the lists I am on). If he is not able to monitor himself and only post on-topic messages to this forum I will be forced to remove him from the list and add his email address to anti-SPAM filtering. Sorry for the inconvenience, and for my slowness in responding to this issue. --- Russell McOrmond, Internet Consultant: <http://www.flora.ca/> Governance software that controls ICT, automates government policy, or electronically counts votes, shouldn't be bought any more than politicians should be bought. -- http://www.flora.ca/russell/ -- For (un)subscription information, posting guidelines and links to other related sites please see http://www.digital-copyright.ca Read: [next] [previous] message List: [newer] [older] articles You need to subscribe to post to this forum. |
