Russell,

Hope all is well. As you may know, the U of O is putting on a major
tech law conference early next month featuring a stellar group of
people as well as a policy lunch with Industry Canada and Canadian
Heritage. I am forwarding the notice below as it may be of interest
to your copyright list.

Thanks.

Best,

MG

The University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law is pleased to announce a
Comparative IP & Cyberlaw Symposium on October 3 and 4, 2003.
Professors from leading law schools from across Canada and the U.S.

Fordham, and the Wharton School of Business and Canadian

and privacy issues. In addition, policy representatives from both
Canadian Heritage and Industry Canada will be in attendance for a
"town hall" policy lunch discussion focusing on emerging Canadian
copyright, privacy, and spam policy.

The symposium has been priced competitively at $200 for the two days
including breakfasts, lunches, a Friday evening reception, and all
materials. A complete agenda can be found online at
