here's a start on some arguments:

- it doesnt take anything away from the original work

- freedom of thought requires the ability to adopt and adapt others' thoughts

- it isnt society or anyone's prerogative to give you the right to language, you are born with innate ability as part of your humanity

- freedom of expression is not the same as freedom to sell expression, trade is a socioeconomic function
