[d@DCC] Lawful Access Consultation summary released

At long last, the Canadian Dept. of Justice has released the promised 
summary of submissions to the lawful access consultation. The report, 
news release and backgrounder can be found here

The DOJ has decided not to make available the original submissions in 
response to the consultation document, although many of those (or a 
representative sample of most of the substantive submissions) can be
