fyi this forum, which was held on April 4, is currently playing on 
CPAC's Public Record. I just happened across it at 7:30 PM. 
Apparently, it's been on since 6 PM, so I'm not sure how much longer

Monday, July 7 at 6PM ET / 3PM PT 

On April 4, Heritage Minister Sheila Copps hosted a forum in Ottawa 
to discuss copyright issues that Canadian artists are currently 
facing. Among the guests present were singer Jane Siberry, Rob Baker 
from the rock group The Tragically Hip, and songwriter Suzanne 
Campagne.
