When did recording tv shows for home/citizen/non-commercial use 
become copyright infringement?  We have legally had blank VCR tapes 
for recording tv long before digital issues complicated the mix.
No one is talking about re-posting programs to the web -- 
it is an arrangement between two colleagues.
