Unfortunately, the main story is on BNA's pay-only Web site, so all I have
is the above-linked brief.  I'd appreciate links to any other documents
people find about this case.  The brief is good reading and includes more
details on the exact effects of the Sonny Bono law than I've seen
elsewhere.
