DMCA Paper final draft

I have finally completed my paper for school.  I would appreciate
anyones input on it.  It can be found at the following location
http://www.mcnicoll.ca/dmca/  The last part on  reverse engineering is a
little week.  If anyone can offer any help I would appreciate it before
I submit it on Nov 25.  Or maybe I will just remove it.
