Sounds worth the money - get a copy of one of the CSS-free DVD's from
http://www.videolan.org/freedvd.html in order to test the DVD playing
software on my computer.

Then get a copy of "Anti-Trust" that won't legally play. Yes, I want
the irony of the content to be a movie about the dangers of a ruthless
media-monopoly that attacks Open Source developers physically-or-legally.
Just glad these guys are just suing us and having the US-DOJ threatening
jail-time if we set foot on US soil, not murdering us.

I had thus far not spent the time to get any DVD's as I was hoping the
legal problems could get solved first. Guess we should get some DVD's
as a way to push this forward.

Also a question for the group on strategy:

MCR questioned my strategy of copying Industry Canada with my reply from
this group. My thinking was that if we were understood to be a larger
number of people with some research put into this issue, we'd be harder to
ignore. MCR suggested that maybe sending strategy to IC makes this look
political rather than a competition case.

Other thoughts? I guess I felt that bureaucrats would not want to have
attention drawn to them and thus the warning about the petition before it
was actually created.
